Cindy Toy is the Community Manager for the Cisco Small Business Support Community.  In this position, she works with the small business product team, support team, marketing team, partners, and customers to resolve any product concerns from the community. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and a Minor in Cybernetic Systems from San Jose State University.  She is currently taking classes from the Stanford University Continuing Education program.
